CTBA is proud to sanction your BBQ Competition Event anywhere in the State of Texas.

CTBA Rules for Sanctioning a Cook-Off
> Promoters will submit an application and will pay a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the
sanctioning fee. Once the application and deposit is received, we will then send you a complete new Promoter's
Packet and updated CTBA mailing list. >Promoter must follow all CTBA rules and use CTBA forms and containers
>A qualified CTBA judge must officiate your cook-off
>All flyers, forms and deposit must be received three (3) months prior to your cook-off. Once we have received
and approved your flyer we will make arrangements for you to meet one of our board members to go over any
questions you may have.
>Promoter is encouraged but not required to become a member of CTBA. The membership
fee is $20.00 per year
